CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – The University of Northern Iowa Graduate College will hold its 11th Annual Graduate Student Symposium on Tuesday, April 3. The symposium provides graduate students the opportunity to showcase innovative and diverse research and creative performances. Sixty graduate students and 29 graduate faculty judges are participating in this year’s event.
2018 Symposium Schedule:
- 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Poster Presentation, Maucker Union Ballroom; open for public viewing from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; judging is from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- Noon to 2: 30 p.m., Creative Performances, Maucker Union Ballroom
- 1 to 4:30 p.m., Oral Presentations, Maucker Union Meeting Rooms.
Symposium Scholarship Awards up to $300 will be presented to students in each category. The awards will be presented at the annual graduate faculty meeting at 3 p.m., Thursday, April 26, in the Rod Library ScholarSpace.
