CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – The UNI Museum will host a two-hour story-telling concert by singer-songwriter J. Jeffrey Messerole from 7 to 9 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 19, at the UNI Museum on the first floor of the Rod Library on the UNI campus.

This event is a part of Rock the Stacks, a concert series held in conjunction with the latest UNI Museum exhibit, Ballroom Bash: Iowa’s Rock n’ Roll Legacy. Ballroom Bash: Iowa’s Rock n’ Roll Legacy documents Iowa’s influence on the formation and popularization of the rock revolution of the 1950s and beyond. Partnerships with the Iowa Rock n’ Roll Music Association, Catamount Records and the Cedar Falls Historical Society help make shows like this and other exhibits possible.

The University of Northern Iowa Museum serves as an educational resource to support the independent pursuit of knowledge for UNI students, researchers and the general public. For more information, contact Jessica Cruz at 319-273-2495 or jessica.cruz@uni.edu
