Sean Foy to visit UNI for wellness presentation

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa -- Sean Foy, a renowned expert on fitness, weight management and healthy living, will be at the University of Northern Iowa on Tuesday, Oct. 6, to give a presentation called "What is Your Why-The Power of Purpose." The presentation will be from 7 to 8:30 p.m. for the campus community and the public. The presentation will take place in the Slife Ballroom in the Commons on UNI's campus.

Foy is an exercise physiologist, behavioral coach and author. He is the creator of "The Burst Workout" and co-author of the New York Times best-seller "The Daniel Plan." During his presentation, Foy will share five clues to help uncover motivation and passion. "The Daniel Plan" works toward creating healthy lifestyles in all areas of life.
