CEDAR FALLS, Iowa -- The Department of Art at the University of Northern Iowa awarded two four-year full-tuition scholarships at its recent High School Art Scholarship Day. Recipients were Zachary Moser, Cedar Falls High School and Claire Stigliani, Columbus High School in Waterloo.
