CEDAR FALLS, Iowa -- The University of Northern Iowa's Center for Energy and Environmental Education (CEEE) will host a webinar on Community Solar Energy in Iowa from noon to 1 p.m., Wednesday, July 29. Experts from both municipal utilities and rural electric cooperatives will describe current and proposed community solar projects in Iowa. A representative from Cedar Falls Utilities will answer questions related to the Simple Solar Project. Learn how you and/or your business can benefit from lower electrical bills, even if you have a shady roof.
