CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – The UNI Center for Business Growth and Innovation’s Dream Big Grow Here (DBGH) grant contest is extending the application deadline to Thursday, Feb. 4, 2016. Each year, tens of thousands of dollars are awarded to Iowa business owners and entrepreneurs.
The competition includes an online application and voting followed by an in-person industry specific pitch-off. DBGH offers six industry contests, including AG Innovation, Hospitality/Restaurants, Manufacturing/Bioscience, Information Technology, Pre-Revenue and Retail/Professional Services. All well-established and starting Iowa small businesses are encouraged to apply.
